As a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), Ms. Davis served as an Adjunct Professor at American University developing an experiential program for undergraduate students in techniques in stress reduction classes at the American University. She has also developed stress reduction workshops for corporate/government worksite wellness stress reduction seminars.

Edwina V. Davis, received a Masters Degree (MS) in Health from American University. She is a licensed massage therapist with 20 years in the massage industry and in public health. She is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, as well as Reiki or Healing Touch. She has combined these experiences to create a unique massage service especially focusing on women in their perinatal period which includes prenatal, post-partum massage, as well as infant massage.
As a research massage therapist (RMT) she has partnered with the Mary's Center to receive funding through the American Massage Therapy Foundation to implement Mom and Baby Healthy Touch program for low-income women who have been diagnosed with post-partum depression/anxiety.
